Why Green Bean?

When we set out on this project, one of our main goals was to trade in a sustainable way, to reduce single use plastics, to use local suppliers and to offset our carbon footprint on the planet. To that end we use compostable cups, cans of water as opposed to plastic and contribute towards carbon offsetting schemes via www.carbonfootprint.com who invest in a worldwide range of gold standard projects. So not only are the beans green but so is our ethos.
